WebCC's Internet Privacy Policy

  1. You can visit this site and find out about our products and services, without giving us any information about you.
  2. If you do provide personal information, such as name, address, e-mail, telephone and fax numbers, or demographic information, we will not disclose (share, sell or divulge) it to external organisations unless we have been authorised to do so by you, or are required to do so by law.  We will maintain this information, as well as your business activities and transactions, according to our usual strict security and confidentiality standards.

Your privacy is important to WebCC.  For that reason, we have formulated the WebCC Privacy Promise for Consumers, which is as follows:

WebCC Privacy Promise for Consumers
While information is the cornerstone of our ability to provide superior service, our most important asset is our customers' trust.  Keeping customer information secure, and using it only as our customers would want us to, is a top priority for all of us at WebCC.  Here then, is our promise to our individual customers, which we will implement throughout 2001.

  1. We will safeguard, according to strict standards of security and confidentiality, any information our customers share with us on the secure section of our site.
  2. We will limit the collection and use of customer information to the minimum we require to deliver superior service to our customers, to administer our business and to process your instructions or requests.  We will advise our customers about our products, services and other opportunities, only with their permission.
  3. We will permit only authorized employees, who are trained in the proper handling of customer information, to have access to that information.  Employees who violate our Privacy Promise will be subject to our strictest disciplinary process.
  4. We will not reveal customer information to any external organization unless we have previously informed the customer, have been authorized by the customer, or are required to do so by law.
  5. Whenever we hire other organizations to provide support services, we will require them to conform to our privacy standards and to allow us to audit them for compliance.
